What is the Shipping/Exchange Policy? 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered in correctly. Make sure your email is correct so you can receive the tracking number for your item(s). Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. Always All Black does not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, Always All Black is not responsible.

What if the shipment was refused? 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Always All Black you will be held responsible for the original shipping chares, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. 

What if I didn't receive my package? 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. Always All Black is not responsible for packages that state being delivered. 

How long does shipping take?

You will receive your order within 4-7 business days from the date in which it's shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. We ship all orders within 48-72 hours from when the order was placed. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. If your billing and shipping address is different, this will delay your package and proper verification will be required. 4-7 business days for shipping is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

When do I receive a tracking number for my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking information may not update but will still arrive on time.

Do you offer Priority Mail?

We offer USPS Priority mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. 

Do you offer 2-day shipping? First Class shipping? 

We offer 2-day shipping but to ensure that your package arrives in 2-days, we strongly suggest to choose over night shipping.

First Class shipping is also another choice. The majority of all the orders arrive between 1-3 business days after it is processed by USPS. In very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive.

We offer overnight shipping via USPS. The orders must be placed by 1:00pm PST to be processed same day to ensure the order gets to the destination by 12:00pm.

What if an item from my order is out of stock? 

If your order has multiple items and one of the items is out of stock, we will go ahead and issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock. 

Do you allow exchanges?

Online shopping can be tricky when deciding which sizes to get. We offer sizing help which will require your jean size to determine the size you will need. We do allow exchanges. A request for an exchange of the same item but in a different size must be placed 48 hours of receiving the package. The item must be in its original state, not worn, stretched out, or damaged. Any bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or jewelry may not be exchanged. A postage fee will be required for the customer to pay to complete the exchange. For all exchanges, please contact us via email or by submitting your info through this site. Our contact information is on the "Contact Us" page of this site. Please include the tracking number in your message and the size that you want to exchange the item for. Once the payment of the postage fee is complete, please allow 4-7 business days for processing and shipping.

What if the item that I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the size that you want to exchange for is out of stock, unfortunately you won't be able to exchange the item. Returns are only processed when an item(s) from your original order is out of stock. A refund will be issued for the item(s) that is no longer in stock. 

How long does it take for a representative to contact me back? 

Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your email message/ phone call. If you are emailing about an exchange, as long as you send a message to us within 48 hours of receiving the order, you are able to exchange the item.
